Account Manager (North America focused)

Your Future Role

  • Ensure the successful progression of North American strategic partnerships between Bikeep and our partners
  • Establish teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of partners
  • Report partnership progress and address emerging issues within the team
  • Assist your account with Bikeep-related matters, supported by our team
  • Guarantee that Bikeep’s key developments receive adequate attention from partners
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams

About You

  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Able to connect with North American culture.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account management, Operations, and Project Management.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • A curious and open-minded problem-solver with a “get it done” mentality

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B startup and/or complex hardware development company
  • Familiarity with online-based task tracking systems (e.g., Confluence & Jira)
  • Experience in multilingual and multicultural environments
